Scope of works

• Installation of 42no. reinforced concrete bored piles
• – Liaising with Geotechnical engineer and designers to re‐design piles encroaching on redundant mine shafts.
• – Construction of car‐park slab and street furniture.
• – Connection and augmentation of existing Gympie Council services.
• – Protection of structurally sensitive stormwater tunnel constructed beneath Gympie in the 1800’s.
• – Construction of new medical Centre building including, electrical, data & air‐conditioning.
• – Liaising with adjoining Amcal chemist to ensure works did not impact normal business operation.
